How do I arrange delivery from the Round Top Antiques Show?

Can you collect purchases from more than one dealer?
Yes—ask for a multi-vendor pickup. List each seller and booth separately and keep your paid receipts handy. We’ll confirm the collection plan and whether your purchases can travel together.
Which Round Top venues can I request pickup from?
Request collection from Marburger Farm, Blue Hills, The Compound, The Arbors, Big Red Barn, Market Hill, and venues around Warrenton and Carmine. Every pickup is subject to seller release, venue access rules, and scheduling. We are an independent delivery business, not an official representative of these venues.
Do you deliver locally and nationwide?
Yes. Local delivery around Round Top and service across all of Texas are our main focus. We also deliver throughout the USA by arrangement. Longer-distance journeys may involve a delivery partner. Your quote will identify the service, expected timing, and any handoff before you book.
How much does antique delivery cost?
Every piece and route is different. Pricing depends on size, weight, fragility, pickup stops, distance, stairs, access, and any special packing or storage. We provide an individual quote after reviewing the details; there is no universal per-piece rate.
Can you handle fragile, oversized, or valuable antiques?
Tell us about glass, marble, loose joints, delicate finishes, and any unusually heavy items before booking. Share condition photos and the declared value. We’ll confirm suitable handling, packing, crew requirements, and applicable coverage in writing before accepting the job.
Is same-day delivery or storage available?
Ask when you request a quote. Same-day pickup, delivery windows, and short-term storage depend on the route, venue deadlines, and available capacity. They are only reserved when confirmed with you.
What do I need to do before collection?
Pay the seller, authorize release to Round Top Antique Delivery Co., photograph the item, and share the receipt and booth contact. At home, measure doorways and tell us about stairs, tight turns, parking restrictions, and the room you have in mind.
