Before you buy
Measure the piece, including the widest and tallest points, and photograph it from all sides. Check detachable tops, existing cracks, loose legs, glass, and stone. Measure your doorway and the intended room before committing to something oversized.
At the booth
Save the seller’s name and mobile number, venue name, tent or building, booth number, and a photo of the aisle marker. A receipt alone may not identify a stall in a large field. Ask the seller for their latest collection time and keep proof of payment.
Give the seller a clear release
Tell the dealer that Round Top Antique Delivery Co. will collect the purchase once a job is confirmed. Share the collection contact and item list. If you shop several booths, keep each purchase listed separately to avoid mix-ups.
Plan around the venue
Marburger Farm, Blue Hills, Big Red Barn, The Compound, The Arbors, and Market Hill each manage their own access and loading. Warrenton and Carmine include many independent fields. Collection windows depend on the venue and dealer; attending a show does not guarantee immediate truck access.
From collection to placement
Your quote should cover the delivery address, requested room, stairs, long carries, packing needs, and agreed time window. Tell us about narrow lanes, low branches, gravel access, or an apartment loading reservation before the route is scheduled.
Check the current show calendar
Round Top is a collection of separate venues with different dates and opening hours. Check the official visitor calendar and your seller’s own schedule before planning pickup. A show-wide date range is not a promise that every booth will be open.
